What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Afterpay, LayBuy, Zip Pay, Sezzle, PayPal, and Credit Card.
If
you use a credit/debit card, it may be subject to a security check
involving two small refunds which must be confirmed before dispatch.
This can delay shipping by 3–5 business days.
To avoid delays, we recommend using a fully verified PayPal account or Buy Now, Pay Later options.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you'll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

Is the stock on hand and ready to ship?

Yes. All products are in stock unless marked as "Pre-Order" with an ETA on the product page.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders ship within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Can I change my order?

We may be able to change your order only if it hasn’t been packed yet.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes, we offer worldwide express shipping on selected products.
Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays or busy periods. Customs or tax charges may apply.

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee — order as much as you want for one shipping price.

What is your order processing time?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please allow extra time during peak periods or sales.

How long will delivery take?
  • Australia: 1–5 working days via Australia Post Registered/Express. (Some areas may take longer.)
  • Worldwide: 3–8 working days, depending on your country's customs process.
Why was part of my order out of stock after confirmation?

Rarely, an item may be unavailable when we go to pick it due to sales
across multiple platforms. In such cases, we’ll offer you a replacement
of equal value or a full refund.

Where is my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number after dispatch to track your order online.

How fast do you reply to emails?

We respond as quickly as possible and take pride in our customer service.

How do I order Gift Cards?

Gift Cards are available online in values from $10 to $150.
They can be redeemed both in-store and online.

When will Email Gift Cards be delivered?

They’re delivered within 24 hours after payment is verified.

Do you accept Gift Cards online?

Yes. At checkout, enter the Gift Card code in the "Gift card or discount code" box.

Have you received my exchange?

Returns are processed within 2–3 business days of arrival.
You’ll receive an email once your exchange has been dispatched.
If tracking shows delivered for over 2 business days and you haven't heard from us, email us your return tracking number.

TERMINOLOGY

What is an 'Authentic', 'Swingman', or 'Replica' jersey?
  • Authentic: Identical to player-worn game jerseys (minus the tailored "pro cut").
  • Swingman: Quality fan jersey with pro styling and comfortable fit.
  • Replica: Budget-friendly jersey with screen-printed names/numbers.

Replica is not a fake – we do not sell fake jerseys.

What is a ‘Snapback’ hat?

A hat with adjustable plastic snaps at the back (One Size Fits All).

What is a ‘Jock Tag’?

The tag at the lower front of the jersey showing size, logos, etc.

What is a ‘Swing Tag’?

Tags attached to a jersey with brand and product details.

What is a ‘Vintage’ jersey?

A jersey made in the era it represents — no longer produced and rare.

What is a ‘Throwback’ or ‘Retro’ jersey?

A modern remake of a past jersey, celebrating iconic players or eras. Popular for their nostalgic and unique look.
