WASHING JERSEYS

Please only hand wash jerseys purchased from Basketball Jersey World. This will keep jerseys in pristine condition and significantly reduce the chance of damaging them. Hang to dry, out of the sun. 

• DO NOT put jerseys in the washing machine
• DO NOT add fabric softener or bleach to sink when hand-washing
• DO NOT add too much washing detergent
• DO NOT wash white jerseys with coloured jerseys
• DO NOT put in the dryer

**DISCLAIMER**: We will not exchange jerseys with damage caused by a customer due to incorrect washing procedure.

We are EXPRESS shipping daily up until the 23rd of December 2019. Orders can be placed up until 3pm AEDT, Monday 23rd December for express delivery on the 24th December. **Air Fresheners are sent via Standard Letter Airmail (not express shipping). There is no tracking available.** 

SHIPPING METHOD

Within Australia, Australia Post Express Post/eParcel is used for next day delivery (if payment is made before 2pm on weekdays) This method of postage requires signature upon delivery and also has a tracking number with Australia Post. It is a safe and quick method. *Please check with Australia Post if your postcode is covered by the Express Post next day delivery service*

For International orders, we use Australia Post Express Courier International - this usually takes 3-6 working days to most places in the world - this depends on customs in your country and your postal service.

We are not responsible for any customs delays, charges and duties.

Air Fresheners - These are shipped by Standard Letter Airmail and there is no tracking. Within Australia can take 1-7 working days, depending on location. International can take about 1-3 weeks, depending on location.
