Why buy from us?
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Afterpay, LayBuy, Zip Pay, Sezzle, Paypal and Credit Card. If a credit card/debit card is used, this may be subject to an extra security screening where two small amounts will be refunded back on the card used and the two amounts must be confirmed prior to the order being packed and dispatched. This can result in delays of up to 3-5 business days. In order to avoid any delays, please pay via a fully verified PayPal account, LayBuy, Zip Pay, Afterpay or Sezzle.
Will I receive an order confirmation once an order has been placed?
An order confirmation email will be sent out once your order has been successfully placed on our website.
Is the stock on hand and ready to be shipped?
Yes, the stock is on hand and ready to be shipped from Melbourne Australia unless stated otherwise.
Can I purchase online and pick up in-store?
Yes, we offer in-store pick up for online orders at Westfield Southland Shopping Centre - Shop 2089A, 1239 Nepean Hwy, Cheltenham, Melbourne.
Pick up is usually available within an hour after purchase, we will notify you by email when the items are ready for collection. Please check the website for shop hours.
What do I need to bring when I collect my order in-store?
You will need to bring a copy of your order confirmation email, which contains the customer information and order number.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately due to security reasons, we do not take over the phone orders however feel free to send us an email or call and let the advisor know what products you are interested in purchasing. They can then talk you through the process of placing your orders online.
When will my order be shipped?
We endeavour to send out orders on the same day if purchase is made before 8am but often due to high volume of orders or delays due to covid protocols this may take a little longer - we appreciate your patience.
Can I change my online order?
As we are extremely fast at processing all our orders, we can only make changes to the order if it hasn't been packed.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
We offer worldwide express postage however we are unable to send Nike/Jordan Brand products outside of Australia.

How much is shipping?
The shipping prices is listed in the SHIPPING tab. We offer one flat-rate shipping price for all your purchases - so order as much as you want in one purchase, and only pay one shipping price!
Orders processing time?
Orders are processed and packed Monday-Friday, except for public holidays. Please be mindful that orders may experience longer processing and dispatching times during holidays, sales or peak periods.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping within Australia usually takes 1 working day as we use Australia Post Express Post however some areas of Australia are not covered by the Next Day Express Post service so it may require another working day or two. Please see AusPost for more precise estimates.
Worldwide Express shipping takes about 3 to 6 working days, depending on the customs in your country. These times are all approximate times given by Australia Post.
My order was confirmed, but I was contacted that an item in my order was out of stock - why is this?
On the rare occasion an item at our Fulfilment Centre may be out of stock and we will only find out when we go to pick your order. If an item is out of stock then you will be offered the choice of another jersey of the same value or a full refund. We apologise if this does happen, which it rarely does but because we do sell on multiple online channels and also through our store front - the rare possibility of a double order at the same time can happen.
Where is my order?
We understand just how excited you are to receive your new gear, which is why you can track your order online via the tracking number you receive after your order has been dispatched.
How quick do you respond to emails?
We try to answer every email as soon as possible and we will try to not let you wait more than 24 hours for a response. We take pride in our customer service.
Order cancellation due to commercial purchases.
We reserve the right to determine and cancel any orders that do not comply to our terms and conditions.
What is Afterpay/Laybuy/ZipPay?

How do I choose the right size?
There is a size chart link in the product description of the product that has a full overview of all size measurements.
Can you get this particular jersey?
Our stock varies and our stock range is always changing so if you are looking for something in particular, please email us and we will try our best to find it for you. Please follow our Facebook/Instagram page for regular updates on new arrivals or sign up to our newsletter.
Do you do custom uniforms?
Unfortunately we currently don't do custom uniforms, however it is something we are working on so stay tuned.

Yes, everything on our website is available in-store unless stated otherwise.
When do you get new products?
How do I order Gift Cards?
Our Gift Cards are available here. Our gift cards are available in the amounts of $10, $25, $40, $50, $100 and $150. Gift Cards can be redeemed both in-store and online.
When will my Email Gift Cards be delivered?
Email Gift Cards will be delivered in approximately 24 hours or less after we receive payment verification.
Do you accept Gift Cards online?
We do accept Gift Cards online - to apply your Gift Card online, click the 'My Cart' button at the top of the page to go to your shopping bag then click 'Check Out'. Under the order summary, click "Gift card or discount code" then type the code on your Gift Card into the box and click 'Apply'.
What is your refund/exchange policy and how to exchange?
Have you received my exchange return?
All returns can take up to 2 working days to process once received. Once your exchange has been processed by our team, you will be sent an email that your new exchanged item is now on its way with the tracking.
If your return tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered over 2 business days, then please send our team through an email with your return tracking number.
Can I exchange my online purchase in-store?
Yes, you can exchange your online purchase in store - you will need to provide your online order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

How do I use my voucher code?
To apply your voucher code, click the 'My Cart' button at the top of the page to go to your shopping bag then click 'Check Out'. Under the order summary, click "Gift card or discount code" then type your voucher code into the box and click 'Apply'.
Why isn't my Discount Code working?
Certain discount codes are only valid for a certain amount of time or there could be some exclusions that apply to certain products, please ensure you order with the Discount Code within stated timeframe of the sale.

What is an 'Authentic', 'Swingman' or 'Replica' jersey?
An 'authentic' jersey is a jersey made with the exact same material, stitching, numbers etc that players wear in a game - the only difference is that players have the "pro-cut' which means they are tailored specifically to the players height. This is the top of the range jersey.
A 'swingman' jersey is a style of jersey made for the everyday fans with different fabric and mesh. It is a more common and everyday option for fans while maintaining an authentic pro-cut look and at the same time offering a perfect comfortable option for wearing around town or to the arena.
A replica jersey is a style of jersey made for fans utilizing light mesh materials with screen printed names and numbers. A cheaper option which appeals to many fans, especially in the vintage jerseys.

What is a 'Snapback' hat?
A 'snapback' hat has plastic adjustable snaps on the back of the hat and it's One Size Fits All.
What is a 'Jock Tag'?
A 'jock tag' is the tag on the lower left front of the jersey which has the NBA logo, the size, the manufacturers logo, and on some jerseys the team logo. On certain adidas/reebok throwback jerseys, they have the players name and number.
What is a 'Hang/Swing Tag'?
A 'hang/swing tag' is the set of tags which hangs from the jersey by a thin plastic thread - usually the brand and other details can be found on these swing tags.
What is a 'Vintage' jersey?
A 'vintage' jersey is a sports jersey that is actually from the era of the player or team. These are not sold in stores anymore and are almost impossible to obtain as they have been out of production for many years. Vintage jerseys started in the 1980's made by Sand-Knit (Macgregor/Medallist), then in the 1990's Champion made jerseys from 1990-1999, Nike from 1997-2004, and Puma, Starter, also made NBA jerseys from 1997-1999.
What is a 'Throwback' also known as a 'Retro' jersey?
A throwback jersey is a sports jersey that replicates the jersey of a team or a player from the past. People love throwback jerseys because they remind the fan - regardless of age - of the golden age of their favourite time and team. Sports legends are honoured with a throwback jersey for the time while they were at their playing prime.
Part of the appeal of the throwback jersey is also its retro look. The jerseys are fashioned after the style, design and colour scheme of the team during a particular time period. Their seemingly out-of-fashion look makes them just that - fashionable. The music industry has been partially responsible for the popularity of the throwback jersey; many recording artists have worn them on their videos, making them fresh and appealing to the crossover lovers of both music and sports.
