Basketball Jersey World is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Online Fulfilment Assistant to join our team on a part-time / full-time basis. With a daily dispatch, this role ensures all our orders and packages are picked, packed and processed each day accurately. As a picker/packer assistant, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to receive incoming stock, checking invoices, shelf filling, recording of stock on computer systems, picking, packing, and preparing goods for order dispatch. Your journey will be challenging yet fulfilling as you thrive in the fast paced, diverse and exciting working environment. You will also possess excellent communication skills, a vibrant personality and high attention to detail (we monitor error rates).

The Role;
As the Online Fulfilment Assistant, you will be responsible for picking and packing all online orders as well as providing exceptional online customer service to create a unique and memorable Basketball Jersey World experience. You will be responsible for engaging and building rapport with customers to identify their needs and sell the appropriate products. You will be the key to driving online sales and also managing incoming stock. Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:
- Assist customers with queries and gift vouchers
- Picking and packing online orders with speed and accuracy
- Receiving incoming stock and participate in stock count
- Going above and beyond for online customers
- Assist your Managers and share your product knowledge with customers online
- Escalate any customer complaints to management
- Work under the guidance and support of your Assistant Store Manager
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
- Engage in certain housekeeping tasks
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Drive online sales through second-to-none customer service

- Successful previous experience in retail/warehouse pick and pack environment
- A passion for getting things done and packing all orders on time
- Energetic and willing to learn
- Strong work ethics and self-driven attitude
- You know how to hustle and get things done (we monitor pick/pack times)

- Flexible Availability (ability to work Monday to Sunday including late night trade)
