WASHING JERSEYS

Please only hand wash jerseys purchased from Basketball Jersey World. This will keep jerseys in pristine condition and significantly reduce the chance of damaging them. Hang to dry, out of the sun. 

• DO NOT put jerseys in the washing machine
• DO NOT add fabric softener or bleach to sink when hand-washing
• DO NOT add too much washing detergent
• DO NOT wash white jerseys with coloured jerseys
• DO NOT put in the dryer

SHIPPING METHOD

Within Australia, Australia Post Express Post/eParcel or DHL Domestic Express is used for express delivery (if payment is made before 2pm on weekdays) This method of postage requires signature upon delivery and also has a tracking number with Australia Post. It is a safe and quick method. *Please check with Australia Post if your postcode is covered by the Express Post next day delivery service*

For New Zealand orders, we use Australia Post Express Courier International or DHL Worldwide Express - AusPost Express currently takes 15-20 business days due to the lack of international flights and DHL Express usually takes 3-6 working days to New Zealand however this depends on customs clearances. This service has full tracking & requires signature upon delivery.

For International orders, we use DHL Worldwide Express - this usually takes 3-6 working days to most places in the world - this depends on customs in your country and your postal service. This service has full tracking & requires signature upon delivery.

We are not responsible for any customs delays, charges and duties.

Air Fresheners - These are shipped by Standard Letter Airmail and there is no tracking. Within Australia can take 1-7 working days, depending on location. International can take about 1-3 weeks, depending on location. Please note there are some delays to deliveries due to COVID.
